Pam joined The Ward Agency in July of 2014 and brought over 10 years of customer service experience with a major insurance carrier. Her knowledge and extensive training on processing and resolving claim issues is a valuable asset to our clients and team. She focuses on the client’s need and considers it her job to answer the “unasked” questions. Her prior experience as a group accounts representative has enabled her solve matters of customer membership and eligibility as well as handle any billing issues. Her number one goal is to build a personal relationship with our clients and present herself as a resource to them at all times.
Pam and her husband, Jason, have four sons. She spends most of her free time with her boys riding 4 wheelers, water-rafting, fishing and camping.
